Walk right out to the beach, pool and grills with no elevators to wait for! The kitchen is brand new w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and pots and pans. The kitchen opens to a dining and living area, which is great for gatherings!

This condo is a beach front two bedroom, two bathroom, recently remodeled condo in Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, like two community pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, pickle ball and more. You'll also love the location as you'll be near central Destin, FL, and nearby all the most popular area attractions, beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! Plus, inquire about bringing your furry friends as "Wait n Sea" is pet friendly!*

When entering the condo, you'll go down the hallway into the open-concept living area. The living area features access to the beachfront, fully furnished patio, which also overlooks part of the resort pool. There's plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The updated, fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with new pots and pans. The dining area features seating for six with three stools at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV, king bed with new mattress in February 2024, private access to the beachfront patio and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom, the guest bath is complete with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

This property is pet friendly, we do require a non refundable pet fee. Pet fee is based on number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask about the pet fee before booking this property.

  We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had easy access to the beach right across the street, pools, pickleball courts, and walking trail. The management team, Lovely at Emerald Coast Rentals, and the maintenance person, Scott, were very helpful with any questions or issues. I would recommend booking through Lovely at Emerald Coast Beach Homes. She is a delight to work with. Have already booked with her again for next winter.

  Maravilla 2110 is a great condo in nice community. The condo had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The location was perfect, right outside of the pool and foot wash area. No waiting for the elevator was a bonus. The couches were a bit uncomfortable, but it wouldn't be a dealbreaker for the next time we're looking for a place to stay. Loved the dining table that seats 6. The rental company was VERY communicative and I much appreciated that!

  This unit was absolutely beautiful. It also has prime access to the beach and pool areas. This is a MUST STAY for families. Note: the top bunk is more suited for a kid than an adult.

  Overall, our experience inside the condo was just okay in comparison to other condos that we stayed in at Maravilla over the years. However, Kristy offered to pop in and knock out a few smaller things IMMEDIATELY, and I think that service goes a long way. This condo needs a bit of attention, but the convenience of the location, proximity to the pool, and excellent communication really helped offset the
  maintenance issues we ran into.
  The couch was super worn in, as was the master bedroom mattress, ice maker wasn't operational, the sliding door was extremely difficult to slide, vents and lighting were dusty/dirty, and the condo lacked those extra things that make a stay more convenient. No cleaning supplies provided but also wasn't expected for us to do, so we cleaned up after ourselves the best we could and left it as we arrived, but left behind sand toys/bucket, crabbing nets, and snorkel mask.
  Overall Great Family spot. The Maravilla Beach never disappoints!
