6 Seater Golf Cart Included! This coastal home has been newly renovated and decorated with a gorgeous Coastal Farmhouse feel. The home has not been a rental in the past and just purchased by the new owners who have made it the perfect beach retreat! NEW flooring throughout the house, New furniture, New appliances, New smart TV's, pool table and a 6 seater golf cart! This community also has 2 community pools. Only 0.7 miles away from the beach, you're so close you can smell the salty ocean air.

When you walk through the front door you are welcomed with a gorgeous family room/ dinning area. As you walk through, you enter into a casual family room featuring a 70" TV! The open floor plan sets the perfect atmosphere for family and friends to be together while cooking meals in the kitchen. Just outside the living room you'll see the screened in sun room complete with a table and chairs for 6 and a brand new grill just outside. Upstairs you will find each bedroom decorated with a beautiful coastal feel. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's. The upstairs doesn't just have bedrooms, you'll also find the game room with a rare antique pool table as the center piece of the room, also featuring a 70" TV and a set of bunk beds built into the wall. There is no doubt that you and your family or friends will have a wonderful relaxing time at Coastal 91!

All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated on the second floor of the home. There are 2 Kings sized beds, 1 Queen, 3 sets of Twin bunk beds with trundle beds under 2 sets of bunk beds. There are also 2 Queen sleeper sofas.

This home is pet friendly to pets under 50 lbs, a non-refundable pet fee is required.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

  This beach home is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained and clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool table and golf cart was a hit!! Are group of 17 fit perfectly here and we really enjoyed our stay. The check in/out process was easy and management was very professional and helpful. They responded to any of our questions or concerns in a quick manner. I highly recommend this beach rental!

  The pool table was a hit. The golf cart awesome and location to the beach was a reasonable walk or cart. The living room furniture was comfortable. The only thing I would add (and not enough to knock a star off), but just info for FUTURE people staying there: the two bunks in the pool room are NOT full size beds.. maybe for toddlers up to age 7-8. That being said, there were plenty of beds and trundles to assist, but it did change our sleeping plans. Also, that the kitchen supplies were lacking (barely any tall glasses, sheet trays were flimsy, etc) AND the unit had odds and ends under construction; still we had a nice time, and it was fun. Recommend the property - just a few fixes would make it a premium stay.
