**Please be advised Mediterranea will begin a Soffit Restoration Project at the end of September 2025. They will begin on the pool side of Building D & E covering balcony railings and starting work in those areas on October 6th. Walkways may be closed off in some areas where they are working for safety purposes. They will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and occasionally on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Building C, where your unit is, construction will start at the end of January. However, there may be construction noise and equipment during your stay prior to that.

    Unit was beautiful and spotless.We had some storms and the Management company called twice to see if we needed anything. Great service and the views were incredible. Will definitely go back.
